The NFPA hosts Fire Prevention week each year in October. This year it is October 8th - 14th. Securitas Technology is teaming up with the NFPA to provide our dealers with the resources they need to get the word out in their communities.
This year’s FPW campaign provides an ideal opportunity to educate the public about the importance of fire safety. NFPA has everything you need from ready-to-use press releases and safety tips sheets to printable activities, logos, and more.
Local Fire Departments are teaming up with the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) — the official sponsor of Fire Prevention Week for more than 90 years —to promote this year’s Fire Prevention Week campaign, “Cooking safety Starts With You” The campaign works to educate everyone about simple but important actions they can take to keep themselves and those around them safe.
Take advantage of the NFPA provided resources to build a marketing program in September and October that will increase knowledge in your community about fire safety that is directly associated with your company name. With a little time and a few dollars you can increase the number of smoke detectors installed in your community.
