We would like to Welcome Cory Henry to the Client Relations Team!!!
Cory has been with the company almost 7 years as a lead and new hire trainer in the Memphis Monitoring Station. His wide range of knowledge in day to day operations in monitoring will be an added benefit to Client Relations. With over a decade of customer service experience across a multitude of industries this makes him a valuable asset in servicing our clients. He has been successfully training new Operators for over 2 years ensuring that our Monitoring Station has qualified Operators servicing the security of our customers.
Cory is eager to take on this new adventure in Client Relations and learn the responsibilities of his new position to better serve our clients and promote growth for the company.
