In the early morning hours of December 2nd, we received multiple Fire alarms from an apartment building in Little Rock, Arkansas. The alarms were coming from the lobby on several floors and the elevator shaft. Kynetra, one of our central station operators quickly responded and got the fire department dispatched. The fire department was quick to clear the building and locate the source of the smoke and yes fire.
One of the residents was smoking while on oxygen which caught fire. Thanks to everyone’s quick efforts the only injuries were minor burns to the resident who started the fire. We were provided this picture by Alarmtec Systems with a thankyou for a job well done.
